I’m Evan, a Product Designer who bridges user needs and business goals. With a background in interaction design and product thinking, I help companies reduce friction, boost engagement, and ship products that solve real user needs.
Ever since I was a kid, I’ve had a creative side that needed to be expressed (building public Minecraft server maps and resource packs). That enthusiasm for learning, creating, and problem-solving still drives me today. I thrive on turning complex challenges into intuitive, engaging experiences.
Let’s connect if you need a designer who thinks strategically, communicates clearly, and delivers practical, buildable solutions.
I work best in messy, unclear problem spaces where there isn’t an obvious solution yet. I use UX research techniques to understand what actually matters instead of relying on assumptions or opinions, and I translate that into clear product direction.
I care about both structure and detail, including how information is organized, how interfaces feel to use, and how small decisions like spacing, hierarchy, and typography affect final designs. I also focus on execution, making sure designs are practical to build and hold up in real use cases.
On the collaboration side, I adapt quickly to new workplace design processes and tools. I focus on ensuring my design decisions are easy to understand, feasible to build, and aligned with meaningful business goals.
I work closely with PMs, engineers, and other designers to keep work clear and moving. I share ideas early, even when they’re rough, so feedback happens throughout the process instead of only at the end. I keep people aligned on what I’m working on, what decisions are being made, and what might be blocked or at risk.
I also put effort into making design files easy to understand, with clear structure, annotations, and context, so handoffs don’t turn into back-and-forth confusion. A big part of my process is thinking through problems and technical constraints early, so the team can move with fewer surprises and less rework.
